Future of Farming
Cloe is a pretty amazing human. She's 19, manages 400 head of cattle, and a TikTok account, among other things. We took a trip to Gunnison to see the magnificent ranch the Parker family runs. They're in the business of cultivating relationships with the land and animals through regenerative agriculture practices, and are on a mission to raise the best meat on the planet, for the planet. Long before regenerative agriculture became the term, Cloe’s uncle understood the importance of mindful grazing to positively influence the condition of the land, eco-system, and eventually the quality of the meat. Project Scope:
Cloe Parker, a 19-year-old farming dynamo, became the focal point of a captivating visual story early in the spring of 2023. Filmed entirely on Sony FX6 & FX3 line cameras, this two-person endeavor sought to capture Cloe's unique approach to farming life, showcasing her tenacity and passion for agriculture.
Production Details:
Farm Showcase: The shoot aimed to depict Cloe's dedication and grit, highlighting her farm's day-to-day operations through stunning visuals captured with Sony's FX6 & FX3 line cameras.
Pre-production Excellence: Extensive planning included location scouting on the farm and numerous meetings to ensure a seamless production process. The shoot, simple yet artistically beautiful, commenced with an early start to capture the essence of farm life.
Post-Production:
Artistic Filmmaking: The editing phase focused on merging captivating footage, depicting Cloe's farm life in a visually striking narrative, presenting a glimpse into her remarkable journey as a young, dedicated farmer.
